How do I know if my therapist is properly qualified?
We are fully qualified members of The Academy of Clinical and Medical Hypnosis Ltd T/A Life Solutions, as well as being registered members of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the The Hypnotherapy Association (HA).
Our qualifications, DipH, HPD, DipNLP & CertSM, are recognised by the following professional organisations:
How will I know which therapy is right for me?
From the initial consultation between client and therapist a treatment plan will be discussed where preferences can be ascertained.
Do I have to commit after attending the first appointment?
The free initial consultation is not a commitment to start therapy. It is rather an opportunity to explore what is troubling you and to decide whether you want to commit to regular sessions. During the consultation, we will have a chance to assess the nature of your difficulties, explore with you any concerns you may have and answer questions.
Do you have appointments out of office hours?
Yes, these slots get snapped up quickly but we are usually able to accomodate most client's schedules. Our hours are 9:00am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am - 4:00pm on Saturday.
What is the duration of each appointment?
The initial consultation takes approximately half an hour and subsequent therapy sessions will take about an hour. Therefore, allow one and a half hours for your first appointment.
How many sessions will I require?
This all depends upon the problem each client presents. Remember, we're all individuals so each person will require more or less sessions than others.
How can I find out more?
You can phone or e-mail to find out more information. However, the initial consultation allows plenty of opportunity to gain further information on Turning Point Therapy, different therapies used, payment methods, qualifications, etc.
