SMART Step to achievement
The Turning Point Therapy SMART Step to Achievement program can easily be built in to your current training program. Each aspect or module can be encompassed within your current schedule with your coach, instructor or trainer. Our fully qualified therapist’s discuss your requirements in detail, then move on to a full evaluation and performance assessment to determine your current capabilities. Once this is completed a client-specific action plan is formulated with recommendations to increase specific client-centered or general overall performance.
The use of hypnotherapy in sport is well documented and allows the subconscious mind to alter and improve many areas of your performance, sometimes with dramatic effect. Many sporting legends employ some form of hypnotherapy within their game allowing them to maximise an advantage over their opponent. The advantage of hypnotherapy is that its success is rapid.
